Refund Policy
1. Non-Refundable Seat Booking
To register for the live Stock Market Masterclass by Sumit Gupta / Super Profit Club, users are charged a nominal booking fee of ₹1.00 (One Indian Rupee).
Since this fee is a non-refundable administrative fee to reserve and confirm your seat in the live interactive webinar room, it is non-refundable and non-cancellable once successfully paid.
2. Double Debits & Payment Failures
If you encounter technical issues during the payment checkout flow:
- Double Debits: If money was deducted multiple times from your account for a single registration, please send an email to support@sumitkgupta.com with the payment transaction IDs. We will audit the transaction and refund the duplicate charge back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Payment Failures: If your transaction failed on checkout and your registration was not confirmed but the amount was debited, Cashfree will automatically reverse the transaction and return the amount to your source bank account within 3-5 business days.
3. Rescheduling Attendance
If you are unable to attend the live webinar at your scheduled date and time, your booking fee is not lost. We will automatically secure your seat for our next upcoming weekend/mid-week session and notify you of the updated entry link via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You do not need to register or pay again.
